Consulting & Introductory workshops

In addition to my Woven programmes, I also offer introductory workshops for those wishing to learn more about strengths and how this approach may be of use, and consulting services which are focused on team-development, culture 'nudges' and values in the workplace.

I have also teamed up with Stravaig and our joint offerings Woven and the Innate programmes can be seen on the Stravaig site and our joint consulting page.

Introductory Strengths Workshops

Typically these workshops run for anything between 1-2 days and cover fundamentals of strengths-based practice, philosophy and potential application in the workplace.

This can cover interview techniques, meeting facilitation, annual review discussions and managers coaching discussions with staff members.

Participants have an opportunity to understand the power of strengths-based practice with a combination of workshop exercises, case-studies, research and selected video clips.

Culture Consulting

Many organisations talk about their desire to 'shift' their culture, or 'change' their culture - however this is typically much easier said than done. I work with senior managers to understand what they are trying to achieve and develop a provisional  picture of what the 'desired culture' is, and then work to engage the whole organisation to test this provisional end-state, and make it concrete.

By doing this, the whole organisation owns the end-state and the culture, and is much more engaged in developing the plans, and leading the work needed to get there.

Woven Programme

For some teams, the idea of embarking on a 9-month development programme can be daunting.

For those teams interested, I offer a 1-2 day preparatory workshop that outlines the programme, the work required over the duration and helps develop some basic facilitation skills and confidence in embarking on the full programme.

Even if the team chooses not to proceed, they will have some insight and familiarity with strengths and the Woven approach, and will have completed some of the work required in the initial phase of the programme should they decide to proceed later.
